Boat tour with Trey Sherard of Anacostia Riverkeeper.
You’re welcome on either Monday or Tuesday, but please let me know if you’re if you’re planning to attend on the day that does not correspond to your section.
Monday 12 November
Regular meeting time for Section 001.
Meet at 11:30 am if possible.
Boat leaves at noon and returns to dock by 1:30 pm.
Tuesday 13 November
Regular meeting time for Section 004.
Meet at 1:30 pm if possible.
Boat leaves at 2:00 pm and returns to dock at 3:00 pm.
Location and logistics
Meet at the dock at Diamond Teague Park, 100 Potomac Ave SE, Washington, DC. Closest Metro station is Navy Yard, about five minutes away from the park. Dress for the weather; it may be windier on the river than in Tenleytown.
